Vanessa D Jonsson, PI

Assistant Professor of Biomolecular Engineering and faculty at the Genomics Institute at UCSC. The Jonsson lab aims to understand how the immune system evolves in the context of human disease: to do this, we develop computational methods for the analysis of high throughput genomic and immunological data. Caltech, PhD, co-advised by Richard Murray (Engineering) and David Baltimore (Biology). Previously, developed software for robotic missions at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
